Welcome to Dirt Merchants a Mountain Bike Rental company where you’re guaranteed to have a blast. Trails

Makara Peak is one of New Zealand's Premier Mountain Bike Parks, and among some of the best single track mountain biking in the world. There is over 60km of track on the peak, and there are plenty of options for cranking up the hill or blasting down.

Tours and Tour guides

At Dirt Merchants we all ride, and we've been riding the Peak for years. There's no trail we don't know or haven't been down. We can take you on a tour of Makara no matter what level you are, and make sure you have a great New Zealand experience.
